Office Assistant/Operation Manager:

Salary: 18000 to 20000

Job Responsibilities for Office Assistant/Operation Manager:

Communication with the client over the phone & E‐mail

Keeping track of vehicular movements

Checking of the Logbooks/OT sheets and meeting with the drivers on spot.

Monitoring the car movement through GPS tracking

Preparing the report in Excel and presentation in Ms. PowerPoint

Monitoring the refueling of cars

Respond to and follow up enquiries using appropriate methods.

Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to meet the client satisfaction

Billing Executive:

Salary: 20000 to 22000

Job Responsibilities for Billing Executive:

Prepare bills: Create invoices for services provided, and ensure bills are accurate

Track payments: Receive and record payments, and send reminders to customers who are late

Maintain records: Keep track of clients and their accounts, and update charges as needed

Communicate with customers: Provide billing information to customers and other departments

Ensure accuracy: Check calculations on billing statements to prevent errors

Maintain financial records: Keep track of budgets and other financial records

Issue checks: Issue checks as needed
